Processing & Production Time

  • In-stock items: typically ship in 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-order items: typically require 3–10 business days production before shipping
    (These are estimates; peak seasons may add time.)

Shipping Time (after dispatch)

Typical carrier transit times:

  • Domestic (US): 2–7 business days

  • International: varies by destination and customs

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an address error, you may need to pay reshipping fees.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. If you believe it was stolen, contact the carrier and your local authorities. We will assist with documentation when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item + packaging + label
    We’ll resolve it via replacement, refund, or store credit.

Customs / Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to duties/taxes set by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
