EnTrus Arts — Return & Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to love your EnTrus Arts items. Because many of our products are made-to-order and/or include customized design elements, our return rules depend on what you purchased.

Eligible Returns (Standard items)

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags/packaging (if included) are intact

  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Non-returnable standard items:

  • Clearance / Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products/downloads

Customized / Made-to-Order Items

Items produced specifically for your order (including custom variants, personalized/limited runs, or items made after purchase) are final sale, except if they arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue + packaging
    We will replace, refund, or provide store credit depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited runs. If you need a different size/color, contact us and we’ll help if inventory allows.

Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time can take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item

Refused / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout or refusal, we can reship (customer pays shipping) or refund the order minus shipping/handling.
